Grief Ministry The Bereaved Ministry's main purpose is to provide physical, emotional and spiritual comfort and support as needed to bereaved families or members of our congregation. Specific activities include accompanying the pastor to visit the bereaved family or member and working with the family or member in making funeral arrangements when requested. Assistance or service is provided before and after the funeral. We provide support to those who are experiencing tragedies and other loses that are not directly related to death.
